Purple Silk 1920's Dress

Absolutely stunning 1920's dress, so perfectly from the Flapper era, this is very of its era and looks like it's from The great Gatsby or other movies about that age! Rich purple silk, classic 20's wide loose shape, it's like a smock, A shaped and worn very free on your body, many style of this era were focused on androgyny and so didn't show off the female form! Wide sleeves, stunning neck-tie detail, tie a bow or hang them lose, and amazing details to this hand made beauty! At the centre of the front there is a stunning multi pleated detail, perfect for dancing, add a 20's headpiece and tap shoes for perfection! This is a rare and collectable item, it will only ever go up in value, dresses like this are almost 100 years old and are getting so hard to find, a perfect addition to any vintage collection! 

Size UK10-12, worn lose and pulls on over the head, measurements laid flat are; bust up to 38", waist measures 40" and the shape widens in an A shape from there, total length 44"

Stunning condition, general signs of age, two very very teeny spots on the front and one pin-head sized hole in the back, overall, totally amazing condition for it's age!
