D E T A I L S : gathered waist, little belt loops (no belt), pinch pleats at the front and lace and ribbon frill detail on chest

C O N D I T I O N : good used condition, it's not pristine and has general signs of age and wear, the lace is pink in tone so may have been dyed in past.
